Spectrum webmail settings

Following its merger with Time Warner Cable and Bright House Networks, Charter (Spectrum) wanted to update the UX and UI of its webmail.

One of my fellow UX designers and I simplified the webmail UX and made sure the features we included were easy to use and understand.

These features included:

  • Reading, sending and forwarding email
  • Applying filters to incoming email
  • Creating automatic replies

Initially, I proposed how to group the webmail settings based on the type of setting and how frequently customers use each setting. Then, I wrote the UI copy.
