Following its merger with Time Warner Cable and Bright House Networks, Charter (Spectrum) wanted to update the UX and UI of its webmail.
One of my fellow UX designers and I simplified the webmail UX and made sure the features we included were easy to use and understand.
These features included:
- Reading, sending and forwarding email
- Applying filters to incoming email
- Creating automatic replies
Initially, I proposed how to group the webmail settings based on the type of setting and how frequently customers use each setting. Then, I wrote the UI copy.
